The first section is 10 letters on introductory content - literally, what I wish I had been told when I began healing.
We dive head-first into Inner Child, triggers, boundaries, trauma 101, autonomic nervous system, safety and… yes, just head first.
I have done my best to keep them neat but detailed, and short but cute.

I am a bookworm through and through so it just fit to have a section dedicated to what I find in reading.
Observing myself, however, I became aware of how much content I consume - not in a hardcover format only - therefore, THE 7 BIG (ideas) is dedicated to resources.
I will not overload you with resources, dear reader, I will bring you the 7 big ideas that each resources brought to me, and then - well, your choice to dedicate time to it or not. No pressure.

Yes, you will also HEAR me. Well, me and others.
Firstly, the pen (or keyboard) will occasionally become a microphone. Raw. Unfiltered. Unscripted. Literally.
